Refund Eligibility

 

Please note that refunds are only applicable in the following circumstances:

 

1. For orders paid via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) or Online before delivery: If you choose to cancel your order before it is delivered, you may be eligible for a refund. Once the order has been successfully delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD): If you cancel your COD order before it is delivered, no refund will be necessary. Once the order has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

 

Refund Process

 

If you are eligible for a refund based on the above criteria, please contact us immediately at contact@hakeemmajeed.com. To expedite the refund process, please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your email.

Upon verification of your request, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
